Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA)

The ASPCA works to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States; it operates the Animal Poison Control Center, a Behavior Center; and is responsible for humane law enforcement in some areas of the country.

Home of the National Spay Neuter Response Team. Operating as a regional (North Carolina) high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter clinic since 1994, the Humane Alliance now mentors spay/neuter programs across the country and offers a veterinary student externship and private practice veterinarian training program.



  American Humane Association (AHA)
AHA works to create a more humane and compassionate world by ending abuse and neglect of children and animals. As the nation's voice for the protection of children and animals, AHA reaches millions of people every day through groundbreaking research, education, training and services that span a wide network of organizations, agencies and businesses.

SpayUSA works to end the suffering of innocent dogs and cats by reducing the number of unwanted births.
