* Heartworm preventives are also available at the clinic for our patients in take-home packages. Call us for pricing and information about purchase eligibility. Adult dogs must have been seen by one of our vets and heartworm tested, either at surgery or at our vaccination clinic, before heartworm medication can be sold. Pets Alive will not forward heartworm preventive prescriptions to online vendors.
